This role involves assisting in content development, episode planning, guest coordination, and various aspects of podcast production. Key Responsibilities: Volunteer Recruitment and Management: Lead the recruitment, training, and coordination of volunteers for various aspects of the project, including production, editing, and guest coordination. About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as the Project Manager for our Youth Leadership Program. This role is ideal for students who are eager to apply their academic knowledge to real-world scenarios, particularly those studying youth development, education, nonprofit management, or related fields. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop the program structure, including objectives, activities, timelines, and resources.
